Spiniello was tasked with sliplining approximately 11,000-feet of a new 42-inch diameter high density polyethylene (HDPE)m pipe within an existing 48-inch fiber reinforced plastic (FRP) sewer force main coming from the Eastern Goochland Pump Station. Spiniello performed this work by fusing the HDPE pipe above ground and then pulling into the existing pipeline. During the project, the Spiniello team successfully performed sliplining pulls over 2,600-feet, thereby minimizing the impact upon neighboring streets and the active force main running parallel to the Goochland Force Main.
