Trenchless replacement of 1,200 lead service lines including lead pipes and galvanized steel pipe; test pits; excavation; removal or abandonment of existing service line, installation of copper service line, curb stop and box, ball valves, testing, flushing, backfilled, soil erosion and sediment control, traffic control and landscaping.
