The work consists of removing and disposing of the existing coal tar enamel lining from approximately 4.1 miles of 36-inch inside diameter pipe, installing cement mortar lining, removing portions of the existing pipeline and manhole structures, installing new pipe and manhole structures, welding butt straps, installing air release valves, salvaging existing plug valves, installing Metropolitan-furnished valves, and other appurtenant work located in Orange County, CA.
